Frisco's newer subdivisions sit on wide Collin County lots where mature trees and HOA standards go hand in hand. When a tree needs removal, trimming, or storm cleanup in 75033, you need a crew that understands both the local soil and the architectural rules that govern every block.
Dallas Fencing has served Frisco and the Dallas area since 2012. We handle fence installation, repair, gates, and automatic driveway systems across Frisco's master-planned communities. We know the HOA committees, the setback rules, the material restrictions, and how to work cleanly on the expansive lots that define this part of Collin County.
Fencing in Frisco (75033)
Frisco's newer subdivisions demand precision. Most lots are governed by HOA architectural standards that specify fence material, color, height, and setback from the property line. Vinyl and PVC fencing dominate here because they meet HOA cedar standards, require no staining, and hold up to the Dallas heat and humidity. Chain link and ornamental metal are common for side and rear yards where privacy rules are less strict. Corner-visibility setbacks and height limits vary by neighborhood, so we always verify current rules with the Frisco Building Department and your HOA before we dig.
Our fully insured crews have installed and repaired hundreds of fences across Frisco since 2012. We are AFA Member Installers (American Fence Association), and we work to code on every job. We handle wood and vinyl privacy fencing, chain link, aluminum and ornamental iron, automatic driveway gates, pool barrier fencing, and storm damage repairs. We also offer fence staining and restoration for cedar that needs cleaning and re-sealing.

How a Fence Job Works in Frisco
Step 1: Free on-site assessment. We visit your property, measure the run, check for underground utilities (Texas 811 locate is required by law before any digging), verify setbacks and height limits with the Frisco Building Department and your HOA, and discuss material, color, and budget. We give you a detailed quote and timeline.
Step 2: We pull any required permits, schedule the work, and call for utility locates.
